Company Overview: Raycom Technology, located in Accra, is a leading IT solutions provider that specializes in a range of services aimed at enhancing the business operations of its clients. The company’s core areas of expertise include:

  • Contact Center Business: Raycom excels in offering advanced contact center solutions that help businesses effectively manage customer interactions. During my internship, I had the chance to observe how these solutions enable seamless communication between companies and their customers, leading to improved customer satisfaction.
  • Call Conferences for Business: Raycom provides state-of-the-art conference call services designed to facilitate efficient communication within and between organizations.
  • IP Phones and Intercoms: The company offers IP-based phone systems and intercom solutions that enhance internal and external communication. I had the privilege of assisting in the installation and maintenance of these systems, contributing to the enhancement of communication infrastructure for clients.
  • Cloud Services: Raycom Technology also offers cloud solutions, enabling other businesses to migrate their IT infrastructure to the cloud. This experience exposed me to the benefits of cloud computing, including scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
